Jo Doran is a female photographer who offers a unique perspective on how women want to look good for themselves, as well as for their partner.
Jo is one half of husband and wife wedding photography team, J Doran Photography. They are members of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers and would like to present,Tempted? boudoir photography as the ultimate gift for your man, a treat for yourself or perhaps book a session for a friend.
For female clients, Jo is always the sole photographer.
Based in Stafford, near Birmingham, Jo and John have a fresh, vibrant approach to photography. They are innovative wedding and portrait photographers who are proud to bring you,Tempted?
But how did it all begin? “We were approached by a client who’s husband is in the army. She asked if we would take some seductive photographs of her as a surprise gift. Her husband had been overseas on operations for six months, so it was really important to her. We spent a long time discussing what style of photography to use, what our boundaries would be and to make sure the client felt at ease and relaxed at all times. We’ve since been told the images were very well received! A colleague then found out we’d done this shoot, and begged us to do something similar for her. Tempted? has snowballed from there, in fact our success has been amazing. We’re not stopping here though, we are always looking for new directions to take Tempted? So watch this space.” Jo
John and Jo were married in 2006, but prior to this they were in a long-term, long distance relationship. They both understand how tough it can be in a relationship when you live far apart. They appreciate how difficult it is to keep that sense of intimacy alive during periods of separation, which is why Tempted? is so close to their hearts. When you are separated for whatever reason, photographs become such an important reminder of your loved one.
But Tempted? isn’t just for women who are stuck for an original present for their man. It’s also for women who want to feel good about themselves, who want to look back on the images from this shoot and think “wow – that’s really me!” Imagine being able to do that in 10, 25 or even 50 years time?
